Projects

 

Villa has north orientation with the beach in front, magnificent close see view on Boka Bay and lush and colourful garden.

 

As existing house architecture was already defined, it was not possible to change it, so it was necessary to do full renovation providing new functions to interior and exterior areas, and give the villa visual identity.

 

Vicinity of the see was ultimate inspiration for boat design for the exterior, starting from central front position of oak decking as a main leisure area, white-beige marble for patios and balconies, and white painted boat railings with oak handles on outside walls and balconies.

 

Dominant palm tree with various colourful Mediterranean plants around framed the overall picture and provide the freshness and privacy to the front yard.

 

Interior, furniture and soft furnishing was designed in palette of various sand colours, starting with white beige marble floors, light travertine stone on fireplace base, to dark wenge wooden parts of the furniture and black wrought iron details, on the white background of walls, wooden floors bedspreads in bedrooms.
