Villa Eraci is located on the southern side of Lustica Peninsula, with magnificent
view on Boka Bay entrance and old fortress on Mamula Island.
Very close to other houses in picturesque Mediterranean village, with its distinctive
architecture, stone walls, cyprus trees and olive tree fields, were staring point
and inspiration in architectural design.
So, architectural design blended characteristic elements and type of building of
traditional Mediterranean rural architecture, blended with tower and tower walls
on front terraces, as stylised details from fortress at the Boka entrance.
Existing old olives and new planted Mediterranean plants, around the pool and in
terrace pots, are integral part of architecture.
