Penthouse on two levels is situated on one of the highest parts of Belgrade with unique view to the southern part of the city.
Full reconstruction totally transformed former plan with significant expand on large terraces, providing more space and functions and high quality and attraction of the apartment.
In open living area with a lot of daylight, dominates dark metal staircase in dynamic spiral shape combined with various sand colours of walls, granite tiles and travertine in contrast with wenge veneered doors.
Interior design accepted challenges of eclectic approach, blending colonial rustic in colours, materials, pieces of furniture, and "rests" of Venetian arches with urban elements and materials like metal stairs and wooden block coffee table.
