Penthouse is situated in exclusive residential part of Belgrade, on the second floor - attic of old house with spacious garden, in quiet street with view on neighbouring gardens.

By reconstruction of old attic is built completely new penthouse with 4 rooms in one level and decorative and functional gallery on the second level.

Open space and height of the roof ceilings with visible constructive wooden beams and roof windows,  give  additional volume and light, making impression of a lot bigger space.

Art Deco glamour was a inspiration for interior design, expressed through highest quality of materials like red exotic cherry floors, white Carrara and black Nero marquino marble in bathrooms and kitchen, exotic wood on window and cherry wooden doors, blended with contrast of plain white walls and black metal bars and floral ornaments.
